WHAT IS DEPRESSION?
Depression is a mental health disorder that affects our daily living. It affects your body completely as it can cause numerous sensitive and physical glitches. All of the above three sentiments are closely connected, but there are minor differences between them. Sadness is one feature of depression but is not depression. But yes, if your sadness lasts more than two weeks, then it is not only sadness and more than that. Similarly, there is a fine line between grief and depression. If you lose something, you may feel grief for a period of time and you may need counseling to cope with that. But if you are grieving for a long time and this disturbs your life, it may lead to depression and you should now seek a professional help.
