There maybe many restrictions and precautions for people suffering from arthritis but, if you know the right consumption of foods, you can go a long way without being nagged by this health issue.Continue with the treatment and medication your doctor has given to you. Some of you may have also been prescribed Tylenol to get rid of minor arthritis pain but, you must continue to consume the following foods to prevent the arthritis attacks.

5 foods you must consume to prevent Arthritis pain:

    1. Fat fish:

You read that right! Fatty fat or fat fish call whatever it maybe, but fish like mackerel, sardines, and salmon are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These fish are also rich in anti-inflammatory properties. Consuming such types of fish reduce the pain of arthritis.

    1. Ginger:

Ginger helps a great extent in reducing the inflammation of arthritis. It has been used in many ancient herbs as the main ingredient to cure several illnesses. Most health experts will ask you to include ginger in your daily food chart.

    1. Walnuts:

Walnuts being the most demanded dried fruit by most countries have an amazing reason for this level of consumption. People eating walnuts regularly have known to experience decreased symptoms of arthritis. Compared to olive oil, walnuts too are rich in omega-3.

    1. Spinach:

If you belong to the Popeye days, you would know the importance of spinach. It never lost its value and is still one of the most essential green leafy vegetables in our daily life. Green spinach is known to have healing properties and is highly rich in proteins. They also help decrease the inflammation caused by arthritis.

    1. Olive oil:

Extra virgin olive oil if consumed for six weeks will help you prevent the development of arthritis in your body. It also helps reduce joint swelling and inflammation pain.
